It is a Proxy at NUFS. 9-story building. It is a roadside housing and fully secure because nobody enter the buildings without clearance. It takes about 10 minutes walk to go to university. It is further than i-house.
We find out that bulidings is little old but neighborhood is very friendly. Differ from I-HOUSE, proxy is surrounded by nature. I-HOUSE is cheaper than proxy(I-HOUSE:26,000 yen Proxy:30,000 exclude electricity charges) but there is no curfew in Proxy so you can spend time any way you like.
Proxy is small but school prepare some furniture like TV, bed, bookshelf, and desk. compared to I-house, proxy is more private space. proxy is more likely to normal apartment building so if you want to use pc then you have to bring pc. about half of people who live in proxy are japanese people and foreign students. proxy is not as strict as I house and there are bathroom and kitchen in there room so you can call your friends or your family. If you want to cook by yourself, you can go to supermarket. It's about a 10-minute walk. If you don't feel like cooking, there are some restaurants such as Saizeria, ramen shop, sushiro-.

I don't think this is a campus houseing since it is located outside campus and non-students are living there. How is it different from International House. What are the good points or bad points?
I don't know about this building before. But I can know good point about this house like security.
How about the rooms? I want to know more!!
i didnt know about Proxy house. i was surprised because the bilding is so high and big! it has 9 stories so may have many rooms. i think it is interesting to live with many people.
But what kind of people live there? please tell me.
I am an international student living in Proxy. Compared with i-house, Proxy is a lot more private. Each living area is separate and nothing is shared. We have our own kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The room sizes are bigger than i-house too. The staff and RA's are very friendly.
